An Individual Learning Plan provides an educational learning plan for a Student based upon their individual abilities, attainments and needs within a specific subject area.

They provide targets for the Student that are:                            

                             Specific
                             Measureable
                             Attainable
                             Relevant
                             Timed       

They normally relate to a term but may be produced for other periods where appropriate.
