Adrian is an experienced consultant who has, for more than 20 years, been providing business and application analysis skills to a wide variety of organisations and environments. He is experienced in a quality management methods and has held the role of  Quality Manager within ISO9001 Quality Management System.

He is a registered PRINCE2 ™ consultant and is an effective Project Manager and has also acted as TAC (Technical Assurance Co-ordinator) and Senior Technical Member on Project Boards of  individual projects.  These roles have included the provision of project management and planning support.  Adrian is able to communicate effectively with suppliers and staff at all levels and is used to working in a manner to accommodate the flexible demands that the role of Project Manager requires. 

He also has experience of risk analysis and management and is one of the first certified practitioners in the OGC's Risk Management Method (M_o_R ®).  He is also a CRAMM practitioner, the government risk analysis method.   In addition, he is an accredited CLAS Security Consultant under the CESG scheme.

Adrian has a distinguished track record in many aspects of technology covering many different areas and this background has proved invaluable when carrying out assignments.
